Quick Answer: You can purchase course extensions for $14.99 per month per course.

Extensions begin from the original course expiration date, not the date you purchase the extension. Students can purchase up to 6 months of extensions per ISSA course.

Log in to your student portal
Go to your student dashboard
Locate the course you want to extend
If within the extension window, you'll see the option to purchase extensions.
Select the number of months you want to extend
Complete the payment process
Your new expiration date will be updated immediately

Q: I don't see the extension option. Why?

A: If it is more than 6 months past your original deadline, extensions are no longer available. You would need to re-enroll at a discounted rate with a Fitness Education Advisor. To do so, please contact courseadvisor@issaonline.com or call 1-800-892-4772 option 1.

Q: What's the difference between an extension and re-enrollment?

A: Extensions continue your current enrollment and maintain your progress. Re-enrollment is required after the extension window closes and costs more than extensions, but provides the full access period again: How to Re-Enroll in an Expired Course.
