ISSA does not provide direct job placement services. However, we offer various resources to support our members in their job search and career development. One such resource is the <<Available for Hire>> list, where ISSA members who choose to participate can share their contact information with our partner gyms in the USA and Canada. This list is designed to connect potential trainers with hiring managers from partner gyms.
If a hiring manager at a partner gym in your area is actively recruiting and finds your profile interesting, they may reach out to discuss potential training opportunities. To participate in this program and have your contact information included in the <<Available for Hire>> list, you can opt in through your student portal under the ‘My Account’ tab.
It's important to note that ISSA does not disclose the list of partner gyms to our members. The initiative aims to facilitate connections between trainers and potential employers while respecting privacy and confidentiality.
ISSA has the Available for Hire career resource to help get you in contact with gyms in your area that are hiring! If interested, you will need to opt in to this program within your student portal, under the ‘My Account Tab’.
