You'll need to complete a new CPR course every two years to stay current. If you simply retake a course you've already completed, your certificate won’t automatically update in our system

- Obtain your CPR/AED certification from an approved provider
- Scan or take a clear photo of both sides of your certification card
- Log in to your student portal
- Go to your student dashboard
- Select “My Account” in top menu
- Click “Upload Documents” from left tab
- Choose file and upload

If you’ve completed the CPR certification through ISSA, there is no need to upload your CPR certificate to the student portal.
- Login to your student portal
- Click the CPR/AED Certification Program
- Click “Download a copy of your CPR Card” on the right hand side
