Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I earn all CEUs from one source?

A: Yes, though we recommend starting with ISSA CEUs; we offer a wide variety of courses, and if you take your CEUs with ISSA, we’ll waive the renewal fee.

Q: What if I earn more than 20 CEUs?

A: Extra CEUs cannot be carried over to your next certification period. Each renewal period requires 20 new CEUs.
