Quick Answer: You are eligible to cancel your enrollment within 7 days of course purchase as long as you have not attempted the final exam for any of your courses.

A: No, refunds are not provided based on exam performance.

A: Within the 7-day period with minimal course access, a refund (minus 10% total course administrative fee) is required. 

Q: Will I lose access to my courses if I cancel my membership?

A: Yes, course access will be removed upon cancellation/refund.

Q: Can I rejoin after cancelling?

A: Yes, you can re-enroll in any course at any time by purchasing it at issaonline.com or reaching out to a Fitness Enrollment Advisor by calling (800) 892-4772.
